Messages is chat that lives inside the project, so the conversation sits next to the work it is about.
Rooms
Every project has a General room. Anyone who is not a client can create more — for a workstream, a release, a specific problem. Clients see only the Client channel, never your internal rooms.
Renaming or deleting a room you did not create needs member-management permission.
Reactions and mentions
Hover a message for the actions below it: react with an emoji, turn it into a task, or delete it. @mention someone to notify them.
Turning a message into a task
The sparkle on a hovered message creates a task from it. This is the small feature that earns its place: the moment a conversation produces a commitment, it becomes work rather than something you hope someone remembers.
Slack
If the project has Slack connected, /nalaras add … in a linked channel creates a task
too — and assignments can DM the assignee privately.
