Blockers, decisions and workload
The signals that tell you where a project is actually stuck.
Most tools can tell you what is on the list. These pages tell you what is stuck, which is usually the thing you needed to know.
Blockers
Tasks typed Blocker collect in the Blockers page. They are the strongest input to a project's health band on Home — a project with open blockers reads "At risk" however much else is going well.
Decisions
Tasks typed Decision are tracked until someone answers them. A decision that has been sitting for days is a specific, nameable reason a project has not moved — and far easier to chase than "the project feels slow".
On Pro, a decision can be sent to a client for sign-off through the portal, and their answer is recorded against it.
Waiting on
A task can be marked as waiting on a role or a person. This is how you record that work is not stalled through neglect but because it needs someone else. Nalaras counts how long it has been waiting and surfaces the stale ones.
Workload
Workload shows who is carrying what. Useful for the two questions a standup usually fails to answer: who is overloaded, and who is free.
How these roll up
Home ranks your projects by urgency, computed from these signals — overdue work, blockers, pending decisions, things waiting, high-priority items still open. Expand What needs attention on any project card to see the specific tasks behind its score, rather than trusting a number.
