How to use it
- Task board → Import from meeting.
- Paste the transcript. Any format — most tools export one.
- Review what it found. Each item is a proposed task or decision, and you choose which to keep.
- Apply.
It reconciles rather than duplicating
The step that matters: before proposing "Fix the login bug", Nalaras checks whether that task already exists. Existing work is matched rather than re-created, so running this after every standup does not fill the board with near-duplicates.
What it costs
Extraction uses AI credits from your project's monthly allowance. A transcript is one of the more expensive actions — it is a large input — so a long weekly call is worth more than a short daily one.
A caution
Read the proposals before applying. The extraction is good, not infallible, and a transcript with several people talking over each other will produce items that need editing. It is a first draft of the follow-up list, not a replacement for judgement.
