The client portal
Give a client their own window in, without giving them a seat on your board.

A client added with the Client role does not see your dashboard. They get the portal: a narrow, calm view of only the work you have marked client-visible.
What they see
- Tasks with client visible switched on. Nothing else.
- Progress, and what is coming next.
- Decisions you have sent for sign-off.
- The Client channel in Messages — not your internal rooms.
What they never see
Internal-only tasks, internal comments, your other projects, your team's email addresses, and any workspace they were not invited to.
Sign-off
Send a Decision to the client and they can approve it in the portal. Their answer is recorded against the decision with a timestamp, so "they signed off on it" stops being a thing anyone has to remember or search a thread for.
Why this rather than a guest seat
Other tools handle clients by giving them a restricted seat in the same workspace — they are in your board, just with less of it. Nalaras treats a client as a different audience with a different surface, which is both safer and calmer for them.
Check Client view in the Management group to see the portal exactly as your client does, before you invite them. It is the fastest way to catch a task that should have been internal.
