What each plan includes, how AI credits work, and where limits apply.
Plans are per project, not per account. You can have a Free project and a Pro project side by side.

AI credits scale with your team
The allowance is per project, and it grows with the number of members. A Pro project with three people gets 2,000 actions a month; with ten, 5,500.
It works this way because the cost of AI follows the project while what you pay follows the team — a flat number would be generous to a solo workspace and stingy to a large one.
Settings → Billing shows the month's usage against your project's allowance. Adding a member raises it immediately, mid-month.
What counts as an action
One question to the assistant, one Catch me up, one focus summary, one transcript extraction. Ordinary work — creating tasks, commenting, moving cards — costs nothing.
Going over
Nothing breaks. AI features pause until the next month; everything else carries on. Inbound ingestion keeps working too, falling back to rule-based classification rather than stopping.
